A Smooth Way to Give Kid Vitamins

Here are four different smoothies recipes that go great with your alternaVites for Kids.
alternaVites Green Strawnana Smoothie:
 
1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
3/4 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 banana
1 handful of kale (can substitute with spinach)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup ice
1 packet of alternaVites Kids multivitamin
 
Direction: Place all ingredients in blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
 
alternavites Outrageous Orange Smoothie:
 
1 orange peeled
1/4 cup frozen mangos
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice
1 packet of alternaVites
 
Direction: Place all ingredients in blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
 
alternaVites “leftover” smoothie
Ingredients:
Handful of Berries
Handful of Spinach
Banana
1/2 orange
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup ice
1/4 cup water
1 packet of alternaVites Kids.
Blend and Enjoy!
