If you know me, you know I love beauty bloggers. I have been following DulceCandy since her military days, way back when she was showing us how to wear makeup in uniform. I remember going out and buying the two MAC eyeshadows that she suggested and falling in love with them. I’d use to them till I’d hit pan and then rebuy them again. This slowly started my obsession with beauty bloggers on youtube, now known as vloggers. I still follow DulceCandy and have been lucky to watch her evolve into this amazing vlogger and make up guru. She is such an inspiring Latina, I am so proud of her. I love watching her fashion hauls and then going to stores to see what I can pick up. I like to think that I kinda learned how to shop with her tips. Believe it or not, I am not a big mall person. I feel overwhelmed and rather go once, pick up everything I need aka a haul, and be on my way. Unlike, my family who can spend hours in a mall just looking around. I like to get key pieces that I love instead of a bunch of random shirts. Dulce also got me into the statement necklace obsession. One necklace can make your entire outfit. I sometimes work from the necklace and then looking for things that go with it.

DulceCandy is truly inspiring as a mom, veteran, and now author, of her own book. She has come such a far way and I have loved watching her grow. I can’t wait to see what is next for her. If you don ‘t know her I recommend you look her up and find out who she is. Check out some of my favorite videos from her down below. Oh and don’t forget to look out for her book coming August 4th.
