We’re open to receive submissions daily. So, if you follow these simple steps, it’ll be much easier for everyone.
Send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- brand/product/service description
- high quality photos
- video (if available)
- samples (if applicable)
- a dazzling title
- …and a quick pitch about what makes your brand unique and worth featuring/reviewing.
A bad pitch: It’s a thing and everyone will love you more if you talk about it.
A good pitch: It’s an innovative product that is maximizing effort, while minimizing time spent on ‘X’ activity.
The sooner you tell us about your brand/product, the better. We may even want to preview your product/service. We don’t require an exclusive, but we do want to be on your short list of sites you contact first with the opportunity to cover your product/service, preferably early in it’s inception or in line with your campaign.
DO NOT offer to pay for reviews. There is a HUGE line between editorials and advertising here at ‘Mom. Style. Life.’. We must keep our editorial integrity. Besides, if you paid for your review, what would be the fun in getting a top rave review?
Please support us. Sites like ‘Mom. Style. Life.’ cost money to run and our features/reviews are valuable for companies to get your brand/product/services discovered in a potentially saturated market. Buy ads to support us and market your brand/product/services to our valuable audience.
If you do not have an ad budget and we review your brand/product/service, mention it where ever possible, share it through social media and link to it on your web site.
DO NOT pay for a press release distribution service to email us. It will go directly to our spam folder and is a waste of our time and your money.
DO NOT hire a public relations firm or internal PR professional to spam us with non-personalized emails. If you are too
lazy busy to send a personal email requesting a review, then you will not get any coverage.
DO feel free to hire a public relations firm or professional to send us a personalized pitch to review your brand/product/service. If you want a recommendation for good PR, email us. We work with a lot of fine PR folks.
